Halenda’s products are guaranteed fresh.  We from time to time may need to make substitutions due to supply.  You will be notified and refunded if required.


Due to current events, and in the interest of the health and safety of our Guests and Team Members, we will not be accepting product returns until further notice

Refunds In the event that an error is made on order entry the transaction can be reversed immediately if you contact your location that business day.  A refund can be issued after that and can take 2-5 business days by the service provider.
